The dish was fantastic. Fish-belly was fillet-ed and then deep fried to crisps. Then, Mongolian Style sauce was cooked with a generous amount of garlic, onions, both thick and light soy sauce, and sugar!
The fish belly had some bones, inevitable. We just had to be more careful.
The fish belly was fresh and crispy. When I put it in my mouth, I could taste all flavors - sweet, sour, greeny, salty, bitter, and tangy. The color looked like "sweet and sour sauce"
