FOOD DISSATISFACTION

We take great care and pride in all the dishes we make. Usually, when the ordered food is processed/prepared, then it cannot be returned and is liable for the full payment. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong or in other similar circumstances.

Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.

CANCEL ORDER

Generally, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. Cancellation of an order can be done for Cash on Delivery order if the order is not processed from " A1 FISH WISH®, A Unique Fish Restaurant (www.a1fishwish.com). For online payment cancellation of orders is not allowed.

" A1 FISH WISH®, A Unique Fish Restaurant (www.a1fishwish.com)" has the right to cancel the order in such case full refund will be done from the website to the payment method used while placing the order for online payments. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund by our refund policy.

We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

  1. In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
  2. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.
  3. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
  4. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
  5. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or

REFUNDS

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. your order packaging has been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.
  2. your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones.
  3. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
  4. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
  5. you are canceling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.

Note: Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 business days by the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.

 

Refund or give store credit if after 5 minutes of the order being placed you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.

DELIVER POLICY

750.00 INR minimum food order for delivery, not including tip. Our delivery hours are 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM the whole week (excluding holidays), Our delivery radius is 3 km Please note what part of town you are in on the delivery instructions section. Please include the name of your business or the name of your apartment complex if it is applicable. This will allow us to be more efficient with your delivery and helps us avoid delays.

Please allow approximately 35-40 min for delivery. Those areas that are at the end of our delivery range, please allow an additional 15 minutes. Special Tandoor Dishes such as live Murrell, Tikka, etc., may also require an extra 15 minutes for delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by inclement weather. If you have any further questions or require a telephone confirmation, please feel free to call us at the given number.

A1 FISH WISH® is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the Personal Information (as it is defined below) of our customers and users. It applies to all Personal Information collected by us on www.a1fishwish.com (the “Site”) or any other website or mobile application that links to this Policy, as well as during any written, electronic, and oral communications (collectively, the “Services”). we may collect Information to help you place and receive orders and to improve our services.

Your access to and use of our Services are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which define some of the terms used throughout this Policy. Please make sure that you have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you use our Services. By using our Services, you accept the Terms and Conditions and accept our privacy practices described in this Policy. If we make any material changes to the way we process your Personal Information, we will notify you before such changes are effective. If you object to any changes you must cease using our Services. User Profile – We collect profiles associated with your Customer Wang’s Bistro account. This includes information such as name, email address, delivery address, and phone number.
Order Details – When you place an order through our Services, we collect information related to that order. This may include information such as items purchased, special instructions, date and time of order, and subtotal.
Payment Information – Payment information is collected such as bank name and payment method.
Surveys – From time to time, we invite our customers and users to participate in surveys or contests. When a customer or a user participates, we request certain Personal Information such as name and email address.

  1. Information Received from You as Part of Your Communications

When you use our Services (for example on our Site), complete electronic forms, or communicate with contact us, by online chat, email, phone, or text, we may automatically collect and store certain information about you and the activity you engaged in, for example, your name and contact information; your order details; information that you voluntarily provide to us; the nature of your communication; the purpose of the interaction, and the action we took in response to your inquiry or request.

If you permit the Services to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system (“Platform”) or browser, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the A1 FISH WISH® app is running in the foreground or background of your device. This information may be used to help you select your delivery address, to provide more accurate deliveries of your orders, to provide recommendations to you, and to enhance your user experience and improve the services. You can choose whether to enable the location tracking feature through the settings on your device or Platform or when prompted by the A1 FISH WISH® mobile app. If you choose to disable the location feature, the A1 FISH WISH® will not receive precise location information from your device, which may compromise the accuracy of deliveries in some situations, for instance, if you are in a large area, such as a park.

  1. Personal Information from Publicly Available Sources and Third Parties

We may collect or receive Personal Information about you from publicly available sources, social network providers, marketing partners, and/or third parties. This may include:

Social Network Information – We may receive information about you from other services. For example, we receive certain information from Facebook when you use their service to login to A1 FISH WISH®
Demographic Information – This characteristic information could include information such as income, marital status, spending habits, and other information about customers.

To help provide you with a high-quality delivery we also may share your information, including your Personal Information and order details, with the Starers who complete your requested deliveries. Similarly, we may share your name, phone number, order information, customer feedback, and other information related to your orders with A1 FISH WISH® merchants.

We recognize that information related to your orders could contain private information. However, we may be required to disclose your available information to third parties including law enforcement agencies when required to protect and defend our legal rights, protect the safety and security of users of our Services, prevent fraud, comply with the local law, respond to legal process, or a request for cooperation by a government entity.

A1 FISH WISH® has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security controls that are designed to safeguard Personal Information. However, no online activity is ever fully secure or error-free. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information is secure. You may choose to enable or log in to our Services via various online services, including social networking services like Facebook and Google. When you link a Social Network account to A1 FISH WISH® or log into our Services using your Social Network account, we may collect relevant Personal Information necessary to enable our Services to access that Social Network and your data contained within that Social Network. We also may share your information with the operator of that Social Network to facilitate or enhance the delivery of that Social Network or other services to you. A Social Network may provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to them, and we will use, store, and disclose such information by this Policy. Additionally, a Social Network may collect Personal Information and information about your use of our Site or Services automatically. For example, you may post to Facebook that you placed an order with A1 FISH WISH®.
